To become an Official Registered Assembler, just print the application form below, fill it out and send it to the address at the bottom of the screen or on the "How To Begin" page.

You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If you don't have Adobe Reader, click here to download it for free so you can open the application form.

Download Instructions for Internet Explorer Users:
1. Put the cusor on Application Form
2. Click the "right mouse button"
3. Click on "save target as"
4. Select the directory on your computer you wish
    to save the file to

Print Instructions:
1. Click on Application Form above.
2. The file should open in your browser. Click on File at the top of your browser and select print and then ok.
